Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
dash of salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 jar mini marshmallows
Preparation

Melt butter and cocoa together.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and eggs.
Mix well and add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Mix well and spoon batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top of hot cake and let stand for 15 minutes.
