    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 Tbsp. duck sauce or sweet and sour Au-So sauce
    3 Tbsp. oil
    dash of garlic
    1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation
