Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. powdered garlic
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. bacon bits
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature; whip 3 minutes.
    Add garlic, Italian seasoning and bacon bits.
    Mix well.
    Carefully add celery, olives and Longhorn.
    Chill and form into one or two balls.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
