Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    7 to 8 baking apples, peeled and cubed
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. Wesson or Mazola oil
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together and let stand.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs.
    Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Mix well by hand.
    Use a square cake pan and alternate a layer of apple mixture, then a layer of batter mixture until each is used up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
