Natillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Place egg yolks, flour and 1 cup milk in a small mixing bowl. Stir
    to
    make
    a
    smooth paste.
    Set aside.
    Place the remaining milk, sugar and salt in medium size pan and scald at medium
    heat. Add
    egg mixture to the scalded milk.
    Continue to
    cook
    at medium
    heat
    until
    a soft custard consistency. Remove
    from heat
    and
    allow to cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff
    and
    fold into custard.
    Chill and garnish with nutmeg and cinnamon.
