Sausage-Kraut Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans drained sauerkraut
    2 bulk pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, browned
    mashed potatoes
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large, flat baking dish, layer the drained sauerkraut, then a layer of browned Jimmy Dean sausage.
    Top with a layer of mashed potatoes.
    Sprinkle top thickly with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until heated through.
    The flavors blend marvelously and even kids like it.
