Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced carrots
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend carrots until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a greased casserole 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    To test, insert knife (like pumpkin pie).
