Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
2 c. slivered almonds
2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. seedless green grapes
2 c. mayonnaise
juice of 2 lemons
1 (24 oz.) can Chinese noodles
Preparation

Combine chicken, water chestnuts, almonds, celery, green onions and grapes in bowl. Add mixture of mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in noodles immediately before serving.
