Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag light caramels
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix, prepared according to directions
    2 c. nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together.
    Pour half of prepared cake batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Pour melted caramel
    mixture over baked cake.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts and the chocolate chips.
    Pour remaining batter over this and sprinkle with the remaining nuts.
    Bake 20 minutes longer.
