Peppy Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. cut up frying chicken
    1/2 c. juice packed crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. low calorie Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Brown chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 400\u00b0 oven or under the broiler to melt fat from the skin.
    Arrange the browned chicken, skin side up, in a baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until tender, about 25 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
    Serves 6.
