Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. broken pecans
1 stick oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix cake mix according to directions and set aside.
Mix together coconut and pecans.
Set aside.
Cream together oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Set aside.
Sprinkle the pecan and coconut mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour cake mix on pecan and coconut mixture.
With a spoon, drop dollops of cream cheese mixture evenly over top of cake mix.
Do not stir into cake.
Make the dollops hit as missiles over cake top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake.
