Broccoli Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake at 425\u00b0 approximately 15 to 18 minutes.
    Makes about 18.
