Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. Karo syrup
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. peanuts
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients;
    bring to a boil. Add peanuts. Cook over high
    heat,
    stirring constantly, until light golden brown. Remove from heat;
    stir in soda and pour into pans.
    I use 3 pie tins, sprayed with Pam.
