Breakfast Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 smoky links, sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
6 eggs
Preparation
-
Brown potatoes in margarine.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir in sausage and green pepper.
Beat eggs and pour over potato mixture.
Cook until eggs thicken.
Great for large groups!
