Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine pudding, Cool Whip and pineapple in a bowl; mix well. Stir in marshmallows, apples and pecans.
Chill before serving, at least 1 hour.
