Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (mild or hot)
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mash sausage to break apart.
    Add Bisquick slowly, adding a little water at a time to aid in mixing thoroughly.
    Add cheese to sausage mixture.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Can be made ahead of time and quick frozen.
