Grandma D'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked regular rice
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder
chicken breasts or thighs
dry onion soup mix (1 pkg.)
Preparation

Mix in bottom of casserole dish the rice, water, soups and curry powder.
Place chicken parts (breasts or thighs) on top of this mixture.
Pour the dry onion soup over top of chicken.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
