Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    6 lean pork chops
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    salt
    6 large onion slices
    6 lemon slices
    6 Tbsp. chili sauce
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Heat oil in Dutch oven and add pork chops.
    Brown both sides. Remove chops and drain off all but 4 tablespoons of fat.
    Stir in the raw rice; be sure all grains are coated.
    Place pork chops on top of rice, then place 1 slice of onion, a slice of lemon and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce on each chop.
    Add tomato juice and Tabasco.
    Cover tightly and bake 1 hour or until tender in a 325\u00b0 oven.
