Lime-Cream Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 3/4 c. cold water (including juice from pineapple)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. celery, finely diced
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add cold water and pineapple juice.
    Let thicken slightly.
    Beat softened cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing and horseradish, adding small portions of the thickened gelatin.
    Then fold in the remaining gelatin and mix well.
    Add crushed pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour into large mold and chill until completely set.
    Serves 12.
