Breakfast Delight(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices crustless bread
    2 1/4 c. sharp shredded cheese
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. shredded ham or bacon
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    5 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In large bowl beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and dry mustard.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, greased, lay 6 slices of bread. Sprinkle half of both cheeses evenly on top of bread, then all the meat.
    Put the next 6 slices on top of meat, then rest of the cheese.
    Sprinkle onion and green pepper on top.
    After egg mixture is beaten together, pour evenly over first part. Refrigerate overnight or may be frozen for a later time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    If frozen, about 20 minutes longer.
