Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, diced and cooked
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked meat
1 c. leftover gravy
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
grated cheese
Preparation

Lightly fry onion in butter until brown.
Add meat, carrots, gravy and seasonings.
Mix together; pour into greased baking dish.
Cover with mashed potatoes.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
