Oyster Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes peeled and cubed
    1 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 stalks celery chopped
    1 10 oz. pkg frozen corn
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 pt. oysters undrained
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in dutch oven.
    Cook over medium heat 8 minutes.
    Stir in celery, corn, onion flakes.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes, stir in oysters, milk, butter, and pepper over low heat.
    Garnish with bacon.
