Pecan Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until crumbly (it will be dry).
Press this mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 in glass pan).
While this is baking, beat milk, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in nuts. Spread this over baked crust.
Bake approximately 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool before serving.
