Sausage Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    2 c. chicken consomme or bouillon
    1 c. raw rice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into skillet and brown it.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer at the lowest possible heat for about 1 hour.
