Louisiana Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cream
    1 c. maple syrup
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine powdered sugar and cream and boil to soft ball stage, 236\u00b0.
    Then beat until mixture begins to sugar.
    Add nuts and drop on greased waxed paper into 2-inch patties.
    Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
    Makes about 24.
