Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pt. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt in top of double boiler. Add milk slowly.
Stir and cook over boiling water until it boils. Add beaten eggs and butter and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and coconut.
Cool and pour into a cooked pastry shell.
Spread with meringue.
