Grandma'S Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. popped popcorn
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt (if using unsalted peanuts)
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. peanuts
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan combine: brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt if using.
    Cook to boil, them reduce heat and cook 15 minutes.
    Add in baking soda and vanilla.
