Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Cook rice.
    Place all ingredients except cheese in a 3-quart saucepan; mix well.
    Cook on top of stove over low heat 1 hour.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
