Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (13 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. finely chopped pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add all ingredients except 1 cup of pecans.
Mix well and roll in a ball.
Roll ball in the remaining pecans to coat.
