Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    5 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Combine egg yolks and remaining ingredients; beat smooth.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Chill; pour into glasses.
    Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Makes 8 (6 ounce) servings.
