Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large can Pet milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    dash of black pepper
    5 c. water
    1/4 c. medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. flour, mixed with 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions in salted water until tender.
    Add milk, margarine, pepper and flour thickening.
    Simmer 20 minutes. Cheese may be added if desired.
