Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. boneless pork, cubed
    1 c. green and red peppers, cubed
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 can pineapple chunks in juice
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add pork.
    Stir-fry until well browned.
    Add peppers.
    Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger and pineapple chunks in juice.
    Add to the skillet.
    Bring to a boil. Cook rice.
    Serve pork mixture over rice.
