Chicken Rice Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. chicken breast, cut
    4 oz. margarine
    2 c. carrots, shredded
    6 green onions, cut
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cook the chicken in a Dutch oven until tender.
    Add carrots and green onions; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally so that the chicken doesn't stick to the bottom.
    Add soup and milk; cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add rice and mix thoroughly.
    Take the pot off the burner and let it sit for 5 minutes, until mixture is absorbed by rice.
    Serves 4.
