Favorite Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium green zucchini
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. chopped chives
    approximately 1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and boil whole just until done, about 10 minutes.
    Cut off ends and cut in half lengthwise.
    Arrange in buttered casserole.
    Melt butter and mix in cheese and sour cream. Add salt, paprika and chives.
    Pour over squash and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 1 hour.
