Cranberry Sauce For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cranberries
    2 large oranges
    2 Delicious apples
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 orange peel
Preparation
    Put cranberries, apples and orange peel through food chopper (coarse knife).
    Cut oranges in small sections with scissors; add sugar.
    Stir well and set in icebox.
    Will keep several days. This is nice to serve as a sauce, congealed as a salad, adding 2 cups of pecans or served in little parfait glasses as a dessert. Halve this for a small family.
