Light And Fluffy Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter/margarine
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl; cream until light.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
Add flour mixture to butter, alternating with milk, beating after each addition until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan (or two loaf pans).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (or until knife inserted in center comes out clean).
Cool completely and remove from pan.
Delicious alone or with strawberries and whipped cream.
