Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (15 oz.) cans corned beef hash
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. cheese, grated (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix hash and 1 beaten egg; press into 1 (9-inch) pie plate, buttered,
    to form crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Layer cheese, onion and vegetables in crust.
    Beat together remaining 2 eggs, milk, flour, mustard, garlic powder and pepper.
    Pour mixture in crust.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, until filling is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
