Chocolate Orange Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. margarine
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. ice cold water
1 (1.4 oz.) envelope whipped dessert topping mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Spray a 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pan with nonstick spray coating.
Set aside.
