Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

In baking pan, brown ribs on both sides.
In a saucepan add butter.
Cook onion until tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook slowly until flavors are blended, about 10 to 15 minutes, then pour sauce over browned ribs.
Cover tightly and bake in oven (350\u00b0) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
