Baked Crusty Pineapple For 50 - cooking recipe

8 slices canned pineapple (No. 2 can)
1/2 c. juice (from pineapple)
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
rich vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Place pineapple slices in shallow pan.
Cream sugar, butter and spices and put on pineapple slices.
Pour juice over and around pineapple.
Bake for 25 minutes in moderate oven.
Let cool and serve one pineapple slice topped with large spoonful of ice cream to each person.
