Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 small onion
    1 green bell pepper
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked rice
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and green pepper in a frypan.
    Set aside and let drain.
    Mix soup, water and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Add rice and simmer seven minutes.
    Add sausage mixture; mix well.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Cover and put in oven.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for thirty-five minutes.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top (optional).
