Potpourri Of Sherried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peaches
1 can pears
1 can apricots
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple
1 can cherries
1 c. dry sherry
butter
brown sugar
Preparation

Use any variety of fruit that you like.
Drain fruit, place in shallow casserole.
Add dry sherry and let stand in refrigerator several hours.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter. Place in oven at 350\u00b0 until thoroughly heated (about 30 minutes). Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Serve in decorative bowl.
