Rum Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bread cubes
2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. rum extract
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish.
Place in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 6 servings.
