Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. won ton wraps
    1/2 sweet and sour sauce
    2 c. chicken or pork
    1/2 c. each: green onions, carrots, leeks, celery, spinach stems and spinach leaves
Preparation
    In wok, brown meat.
    Chop all vegies in tiny pieces.
    Saute vegies in 1/2 teaspoon oil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cooked meat.
    Add sauce.
    Wrap in won ton paper.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
