Polish Style Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    bread crumbs
    chopped chive
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Chill hard-boiled eggs in cold water.
    When completely cold, cut them in the shell lengthwise.
    Take out the half egg carefully without damaging the shell.
    Chop the egg.
    Add a dash of salt and pepper, chopped chive or onion browned in butter and two tablespoons of sour cream.
    Refill the shells; sprinkle the tops with bread crumbs and brown again, face down, in frying pan or butter the tops and brown under broiler.
