Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. hamburger
    2 onions
    1 green pepper
    8 tortillas
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (for topping)
    1 can taco sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onions and pepper. Combine taco sauce, soup, enchilada sauce and onion soup mix; set aside. In 9 x 13 baking dish, place a layer of tortillas, layer of meat and half of the soup mixture; repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cover with Cheddar cheese and bake 15 more minutes. Use cake pan. Serves 6 or may do half recipe to serve 3.
