Perky Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/8 oz.) can chunk tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 small onion, chopped
8 medium pitted ripe olives, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1 small carrot, shredded
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread on crackers or bread.
