Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash or more of cinnamon
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sugar and cornstarch and mix. Add pineapple and cinnamon.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Do not cover.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
