Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) box corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.
    If desired, add grated cheese about 10 minutes before casserole is finished baking.
    Serves 8.
