Mexican Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tamales
1 can pork and beans
1 can chili
1 small onion, chopped
Fritos (regular)
Preparation

Place tamales, cut into fourths, in a square or 9 x 4-inch rectangular pan, using the gravy, also.
Spread pork and beans over tamale layer.
Put chopped onion (according to taste) over the beans.
Spread chili over all for next layer.
Put layer of Fritos for top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
Serve with Fritos or saltine crackers.
Makes 4 servings.
